And it’s paid off, I’m finally over 1,000 subscribers! It’s actually pretty cheap for me to do, a couple hundred for registration, ~$75 for fuel and then just transportation. So I’m itching to do it again, I’ve reached out to several “car guy” YouTubers and have gotten a pretty quiet response which is a little frustrating. Who would you like to see drive my car?

It’s tough because of how mind blowing it is to drive a formula car for the first time. So the videos always come out the same. A bunch of “woahhhh” “oh my god dude. I mean bro. It is crazy. I can’t describe it.”

I really want to see a young YouTube who has no idea what they are doing  start running a few races

Race car? You aren’t really anti-speed then? You...you’re a phony! A BIG FAT PHONY!

I think that might be what makes my car well suited for this. It’s designed to be an entry-level race car so while the performance is  surprising , it’s not rip-your-neck-off-your-shoulders fast. If a YouTuber drives it and the best they can come up with is “I can’t describe it, ” well then that’s just being lazy.

My last name is a negative prefix. I choose not to let it hold me back!

I think the key also is to find someone with a personality (even if it is unbearable to anyone except kids these days) to hop in the car. The video above was good, just dry to watch. Clee tus McFarland may be annoying to some people, but man his redneck over the top shtick is entertaining to watch.

Also I think you are still jaded by the performance. There is nothing that compares to a formula car in terms of raw feel. The steering feel and brake feel is inspirational because it’s like the car is telling you what is going to happen, not the other way around. People will be caught out by this and it is breathtaking the first time.

But I’ll be here watching when you do stick someone in. I love seeing the first reactions, especially people who are charismatic and eloquent.
